Policy

Returns

We do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if there’s something wrong with your order, please contact us right away so we can make it right.

Refunds

Refunds are only offered if you receive the wrong item or a damaged item. If this applies, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you’re unsure about sizing, please use our Sizing Guide button to help determine the best fit before placing your order.

In rare cases where an item is mislabeled, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photos, and we’ll help resolve the issue.

Wrong Address

If the shipping address you provide is considered insufficient by the courier, your package will be returned. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment once a valid address is confirmed.

Unclaimed Packages

Shipments that go unclaimed will be returned. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order to yourself, if applicable.

You hereby agree that any returned orders due to a wrong shipping address and a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost. Risque Cabana will not offer a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain products, including but not limited to face masks, undergarments, and swimwear.Returned by Customer

Please contact Risque Cabana before returning any products. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Returns for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or preference changes are generally not accepted. If Risque Cabana determines an exception can be made, you will be responsible for all related service, shipping, and replacement costs.
